Please take a few minutes to review the information below before booking. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Policies & Guidelines, Terms of Use, booking details, and safety instructions for your charter.
Bookings
Reservations must be completed through our website or authorized booking system.
We are happy to answer questions and assist guests by email, phone, message, WhatsApp, or other communication methods. However, a reservation is not confirmed until it is completed through the website or authorized booking system and any required payment has been received.
Messages, availability questions, quotes, or conversations with our team do not hold or confirm a reservation unless the booking has been completed through the authorized booking process.
Captain Servicegebühr und Treibstoffzuschlag
As part of our private charter booking structure, the online reservation payment is separate from the captain service fee and fuel surcharge.
These amounts are disclosed before booking so you can review the full amount due in connection with your charter before confirming your reservation.
Where applicable, the Primary Guest or charterer is responsible for selecting a qualified captain. To make the process easier, we may provide information or recommendations for qualified captains familiar with the vessel. The Primary Guest or charterer is responsible for choosing the captain for the charter.
The captain service fee and fuel surcharge are paid separately according to the booking details provided to you.
Our goal is to make the process clear, simple, and transparent before your trip.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations with fairness and transparency.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
- Guests who fail to arrive for their booking without notifying us will be treated as no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Wenn eine Reise vor dem Abflug wegen unsicherer Wetterbedingungen abgesagt wird, können die Gäste auf ein anderes verfügbares Datum umbuchen oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung erhalten.
- Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Unexpected emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While our standard policies still apply, guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and do our best to assist.
Wetterrichtlinie
Guest safety and comfort are our priority.
Weather conditions in Miami can change throughout the day, so the final weather assessment is typically made at or near the time of departure.
Guests are encouraged to arrive on schedule so an accurate on-site assessment can be made.
If conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for departure, guests may choose to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.
If weather conditions change during the trip, guests may choose to continue or return early, provided conditions remain safe.
Light rain or scattered showers do not automatically cancel a trip.
Final safety decisions are made by our team in consultation with the captain or vessel operator.
This policy is designed to give guests flexibility and control over their experience while keeping safety as the highest priority.
Terminverschiebung
We understand that plans may change, and we do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.
Guests who notify us in advance may reschedule their charter at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Advance notice allows us to adjust schedules properly and avoid unnecessary operational costs.
Change requests made less than 24 hours before departure are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
If a guest fails to arrive on time or does not provide enough notice for us to adjust operations, rescheduling may still be considered, but a rescheduling fee may apply.
Rescheduling after a missed trip or no-show is strictly subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
This approach allows us to remain flexible for guests who communicate in advance while keeping operations fair when last-minute changes create committed costs.
Arrival & Timing
Timeliness is important for keeping each trip smooth and enjoyable.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in, boarding, and a brief safety review.
Trips begin and end according to the scheduled booking time.
Late arrivals are still welcome to board when possible, but the trip will end at the originally scheduled return time.
Lost time due to late arrival is non-refundable.
If arrival is significantly delayed and there is not enough time to safely complete the trip, the charter may not take place and the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Guests who expect a delay should contact us as soon as possible. Adjustments cannot be guaranteed, but advance communication gives us the best opportunity to assist when operations allow.
