Purpose

MYA Boat Charters Reviews helps our team import, organize, display, monitor, and manage reviews for MYA Boat Charters.

The application connects our verified Google Business Profile account to our WordPress review dashboard so our team can keep review records current and respond to business reputation needs from one internal system.

Google Business Profile Data

When an authorized administrator connects the application through Google OAuth, the application may access Google Business Profile review information for business locations that MYA Boat Charters owns or manages.

  • Review text and star ratings
  • Reviewer display names and profile photos when provided by Google
  • Review dates, update times, review identifiers, and related metadata
  • Business owner replies, reply dates, and reply status information
  • Review media and related media metadata when available

How We Use Review Data

We use Google Business Profile review data only to operate review-related features for MYA Boat Charters. This includes synchronization, display, internal reporting, review analytics, review alerts, reply tracking, change history, quality control, and operational records.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated third-party profiling.

Access and Controls

Access is limited to authorized MYA Boat Charters administrators and service providers who need access to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain the website and review system.
