This limit applies regardless of age, size, or whether a passenger is participating for the full trip or only part of the trip.<\/p>\n        <p>At least one passenger must be 18 years of age or older.<\/p>\n        <p>The Primary Guest listed on the reservation must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.<\/p>\n        <p>You are responsible for providing an accurate guest count at the time of booking and for making sure your group does not exceed the maximum passenger limit.<\/p>\n        <p>If your group arrives with more than 10 passengers, the additional passengers will not be allowed to board.<\/p>\n        <p>If the group refuses to proceed without the additional passengers, causes delays, disrupts operations, or makes it impossible for the charter to depart safely, legally, or on schedule, MYA Boat Charters may cancel the trip and the booking may be treated as a guest violation, late cancellation, or no-show.
