Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is the departure location?

All charters depart from our marina on the Miami River, just minutes from downtown Miami. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • Is parking available?

Yes, free street parking is available near the marina. Please park responsibly, staying within lines, avoiding entrances, and keeping clear of fire hydrants.

  • Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. A cooler with water and ice is provided onboard for your convenience. Please note, red wine is not allowed.

  • Is there a bathroom onboard?

Yes, our boat is equipped with a private bathroom for your comfort.

  • Can I play my own music?

Absolutely! The boat features a premium sound system, and you can connect your device via Bluetooth to play your favorite music.

  • Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome onboard! Let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend.

  • Are children and babies allowed?

Yes, children and babies are welcome. Please note that they count as regular passengers. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times, which we provide.

  • Can I request a specific captain?

Yes, you can request a specific Captain for your charter. The Captain works for you, and you have the option to hire whoever you prefer, based on their availability. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll provide you with a furnished list of qualified Captains to choose from, ensuring you have the best experience for your trip.

  • Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the boat is not suitable for wheelchairs or pregnant women due to safety considerations.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Refunds are also provided for inclement weather or proven emergencies. We’re flexible and aim to accommodate our customers’ needs.

  • What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my trip?

If bad weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed with your charter, we will work with you to reschedule for a later date or provide a full refund. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.

  • Do I need to sign any paperwork?

Yes, a bareboat agreement must be signed prior to departure. This can be done in person or online the day before your charter. Please let us know your preference.

  • Do I need to bring an ID?

Yes, the person who made the reservation must bring a valid ID for verification before departure.

  • Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed onboard. However, vaping is permitted.

  • What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing and swimwear if you plan to swim. Passengers must remove their shoes before boarding, so sandals or slip- ons are ideal.

  • Is sunscreen allowed?

Yes, but please apply sunscreen before boarding to keep the boat clean.

  • What amenities are included? Your charter includes: 
  1. Premium sound system (Bluetooth-enabled)
  2. A cooler with water and ice.
  3. A floating water mat for use during anchoring (available for 3- and 4-hour charters).
