The Primary Guest or charterer is responsible for choosing the captain for the charter.<\/p>\n        <p>The captain service fee and fuel surcharge are paid separately according to the booking details provided to you.<\/p>\n        <p>Our goal is to make the process clear, simple, and transparent before your trip.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-cancellations\">\n        <h2>Cancellation &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n        <p>We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations with fairness and transparency.<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time qualify for a full refund.<\/li>\n          <li>Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.<\/li>\n          <li>Guests who fail to arrive for their booking without notifying us will be treated as no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n          <li>If a trip is canceled before departure due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.<\/li>\n          <li>Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.<\/li>\n          <li>Unexpected emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While our standard policies still apply, guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and do our best to assist.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-weather\">\n        <h2>Weather Policy<\/h2>\n        <p>Guest safety and comfort are our priority.<\/p>\n        <p>Weather conditions in Miami can change throughout the day, so the final weather assessment is typically made at or near the time of departure.<\/p>\n        <p>Guests are encouraged to arrive on schedule so an accurate on-site assessment can be made.<\/p>\n        <p>If conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for departure, guests may choose to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.<\/p>\n        <p>If conditions are safe but not ideal, such as light or moderate rain, the trip may still be able to proceed. In those situations, guests may choose whether to proceed, reschedule to another available date, or receive a refund according to our weather policy.<\/p>\n        <p>If weather conditions change during the trip, guests may choose to continue or return early, provided conditions remain safe.<\/p>\n        <p>Light rain or scattered showers do not automatically cancel a trip.<\/p>\n        <p>If a trip returns early due to changing weather conditions, refund or credit options may be based on the unused portion of the trip and the circumstances at the time.<\/p>\n        <p>Final safety decisions are made by our team in consultation with the captain or vessel operator.<\/p>\n        <p>This policy is designed to give guests flexibility and control over their experience while keeping safety as the highest priority.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-rescheduling\">\n        <h2>Rescheduling<\/h2>\n        <p>We understand that plans may change, and we do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.<\/p>\n        <p>Guests who notify us in advance may reschedule their charter at no additional charge, subject to availability.<\/p>\n        <p>Advance notice allows us to adjust schedules properly and avoid unnecessary operational costs.<\/p>\n        <p>Change requests made less than 24 hours before departure are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.<\/p>\n        <p>If a guest fails to arrive on time or does not provide enough notice for us to adjust operations, rescheduling may still be considered, but a rescheduling fee may apply.<\/p>\n        <p>Rescheduling after a missed trip or no-show is strictly subject to availability and may require an additional fee.<\/p>\n        <p>This approach allows us to remain flexible for guests who communicate in advance while keeping operations fair when last-minute changes create committed costs.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-arrival\">\n        <h2>Arrival &amp; Timing<\/h2>\n        <p>Timeliness is important for keeping each trip smooth and enjoyable.<\/p>\n        <p>Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in, boarding, and a brief safety review.<\/p>\n        <p>Trips begin and end according to the scheduled booking time.<\/p>\n        <p>Late arrivals are still welcome to board when possible, but the trip will end at the originally scheduled return time.<\/p>\n        <p>Lost time due to late arrival is non-refundable.<\/p>\n        <p>If arrival is significantly delayed and there is not enough time to safely complete the trip, the charter may not take place and the booking may be treated as a no-show.<\/p>\n        <p>Guests who expect a delay should contact us as soon as possible. Adjustments cannot be guaranteed, but advance communication gives us the best opportunity to assist when operations allow.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-no-shows\">\n        <h2>No-Shows<\/h2>\n        <p>Failure to arrive for a scheduled trip without prior communication is classified as a no-show.<\/p>\n        <p>No-shows are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\n        <p>Rescheduling after a no-show is strictly subject to availability.<\/p>\n        <p>A rescheduling fee may be required after a no-show.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <article class=\"mya-legal-section\" id=\"mya-policies-guest-count\">\n        <h2>Guest Count<\/h2>\n        <p>The maximum capacity is 10 passengers, including children and infants.<\/p>\n        <p>No more than 10 passengers may board the vessel.<\/p>\n        <p>This limit applies regardless of age, size, or whether a passenger is participating for the full trip or only part of the trip.<\/p>\n        <p>Guests are responsible for entering the correct guest count when booking.<\/p>\n        <p>If a group arrives with more than 10 passengers, the additional passengers will not be allowed to board.<\/p>\n        <p>If the group refuses to proceed without the additional passengers, causes delays, disrupts operations, or makes it impossible for the charter to depart safely, legally, or on schedule, the trip may be canceled and the booking may be non-refundable.<\/p>\n        <p>No exceptions to the maximum passenger limit can be made at the dock.
